These terms cover your use of the Jadex Vault software (downloaded and self-hosted on your own server) and this website (jadexvault.com), operated by NexForge Labs. By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.
You may not attempt to circumvent license validation, redistribute or resell license keys, reverse-engineer the license signing mechanism, or use the software to facilitate unlawful activity. We reserve the right to revoke a license found to violate these terms.
Jadex Vault is self-hosted — your vault data lives on infrastructure you control. NexForge Labs is not responsible for data loss due to your own server, backup, or infrastructure failures. We strongly recommend using the built-in backup feature and keeping backups outside the server itself.
The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexForge Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

We may update these terms occasionally; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
